The Golden Ratio – Fibonnacci sequence shows God in Nature

October 30, 2009

Psalms 19:1 says that

The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

It seems as if God has a special number or ratio, and it appears all over nature and his creation.  This number is known as Phi, or 1.618, and often referred to as the Golden Ratio or Divine Proportion.  Elements designed with this ratio in mind tend to have aesthetically pleasing proportions, like the Parthenon in Greece. It is also found in many examples in nature, and it serves as a reminder that these things didn’t happen by chance, but through a wise creator.

Check out the link below to see the examples.
